This is a prime example of how Twitter used new media to foster its creativity. Twitter was smart enough to garner the ideas of its users in order to become a better and more enjoyable platform and now they are thriving. Now, companies are following their footsteps and allowing consumers to participate in user-generation activities. Nike, for example, lets consumers customize their own shoe which is also a great way that Nike fosters creativity using new media.
